First I skip troweled a coat of Concrete by Nova Color over a primed board and while the plaster was still wet I rolled the Cascade roller through, keeping every pass vertical. I let the concrete set up for a few minutes before smoothing it back down with my trowel. I made sure not to press too hard so the pattern still remained.
I allowed this layer to dry fully before painting a couple coats of Sherwin Williams Naval, one of my favorite rich blues.
Once the Naval was fully dry I used a chip brush and dragged Modern Masters Silver Metallic Paint in an abstract design to keep things light.
Optionally after everything is dry, if anywhere felt like it got covered with too much Silver I brushed a little bit more Naval to blend the layers together.
