Shipping & Returns Policy

All in stock items are expected to ship within 5-10 business days of order being placed.

Many of my items are made to order including but not limited to glass bead mixes, custom colored paints and plasters, and glitter quantities and therefor may require additional processing time.

I am one person running the show here and I take orders via walk-ins, over the phone, email, through text and this website which can at times lead to an influx of orders. I practice a first come first serve policy and get through everything as quickly as possible but rush shipping is available and we can discuss options for it.

Stock can change in an instant between walk-ins, phone orders and web orders so please be aware that while I try my best to keep the website inventory accurate, mistakes can happen. 

Any time there is a delay in shipping due to product shortage and you choose to wait for delivery I can elect to compensate your shipping for your patience.

Due to the weight of these products, I can not continue to offer free shipping, and as of 1/1/2024 I will no longer be offering free shipping on any order. 

Drop shipping directly from other vendors I stock is an option.


Over estimating happens! Please see these guidelines before making a return.

All returns require prior authorization. Please call the studio at (630) 653-2400 and we can discuss how you'd like to receive your refund.

Custom items are non returnable including altered glass bead mixes and color matches.

If the item was ordered in specially for your job you may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

All returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Once the item has returned in safe condition I will process the return via your original form of payment or for store credit, whichever was agreed upon when we spoke.
