Chicago Decorative Works and Faux By Kathy are not liable for any income loss or injury sustained due to mishandling or misuse of our products. 

The square footage is labeled under every product and if you have any questions or concerns about coverage or application process please feel free to reach out prior to ordering - we can walk you through any questions you may have. 

We cannot guarantee that separately mixed batches will be an exact match to each other, especially custom tinted colors, and recommend you order everything you need to complete your job at the same time or box new product with old before application. 

Production and filling orders can take up to 5 days as we practice a first come first serve policy so if things are needed in a specific time frame we urge you to include this when ordering. 

Stock can change in an instant between walk-ins, phone orders and web orders so please be aware that while we try our best to keep the website inventory accurate, mistakes can happen.

Prices, including free shipping cut off, are subject to change at anytime and Chicago Decorative Works and Faux By Kathy reserves the right to adjust prices as needed without prior notification.
