Meoded’s Sapphire Metallic (or any paint of your choosing) is combined with clear glass beads (#5) to create a beautiful “liquid wallpaper” finish called the Sahara Effect. The Sahara Effect creates a pearlescent rough yet elegant texture on your wall. Optionally you may choose to add glitter to this finish, I recommend up to 6 oz/quart or 24 oz/gallon depending on desired level of sparkle.
Best applied using a chip or spalter brush - can be applied in horizontal, vertical, crisscross (2 coats) or irregular fashion.
Recommended use:
When using 1 gallon of paint it is recommended to use 1 or 2 quart packs of beads. When using 1 quart of paint it is recommended to use 1/4 to 1/2 a quart pack of beads.
