The Basics of Bella

Since the introduction of Bella Fresco™, we have found that being able to try the product was key in understanding how easy it is to use, and just how durable and beautiful finishes are when created with Bella Fresco™.

So, we are dedicating one weekend in November, December and January for our clients to come in and sample Bella Fresco™ by creating two simple finishes.  This mini-class will be offered on November 12-13, December 3-4 and January 14-15 in the morning from 9 – 12 or in the afternoon from 1 – 4.   Also, we are charging $50 for the class to make it affordable.  The class will include sample boards and the use of studio supplies.

Les aventures de Kathy en France!

Along with a number of artisan friends, I made a trip to France in the late May to restore a chapel near Provence.   The interior finishes were lovely when they were completed.  I recently received a clipping from the local paper (more for those who actually read French!) and a few of the photos taken on the trip.

Here we are, working like crazy on the scaffolds.  For those of us who teach more often than working walls, it was an experience!

Such a beautiful little town!  I think we all snapped quite a few photos of the surrounding homes and gardens, but this photo is almost like a postcard.

For those of us used to the cold, green interstate signs, this little signpost (and others like it) were a reminder of the somewhat slower pace of life in France.
