St. Anthony Hospital Pediatrics Unit
Part of being an artist or artisan is a innate desire to give of oneself and to share our gifts back to our community.
When the Chicago Institute of Fine Finishes was contacted by the Pediatrics Unit at St. Anthony's the immediate answer was YES.
Even though the project timing was simultaneous with getting ready for this year's SALI convention, Kathy Carroll could not make the kids wait to see that Pediatrics Unit transformed into a happier environment.
We will have more photos of this transformation next month. We all know that each of us as artisans benefit when we give of our time and ourselves in one of the best ways we can -- through beautifying the environment for others!
