Recently I was in the studio playing with a sample board, and I renewed my love for Perfetto’s Marmo Plaster. This Marmo Plaster was tinted with Mixol’s colorants. The first layer was a strong Italian Sienna #19. The second layer was an equally strong Red using a combination of Mixol #4 and #10. After the Marmo Plaster dried a color wash of Blue Pearl’s Umber and Red Berry were used. What a great depth of color with 3 layers!
My friend and I have found a new French Restaurant around the corner from my home. The restaurant is in need of a face lift and this was my inspiration. I presented the sample to the Chef and I think the restaurant will soon be sporting the new look!
